Welcome to SYNIOPS LTD. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our website, services, and the purchase of products. 1. Payments

  • All payments must be made in favour of "SYNIOPS LTD".

  • Goods sold and delivered are not returnable.

  • Payments received are not refundable.

  • Clients are responsible for settling all applicable taxes in their respective countries.

  • Any local or overseas bank charges are to be borne by the Client.

2. Digital Delivery

  • All courses sold by SYNIOPS are digital products (online self-paced courses) delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

  • Once your payment has been successfully received and validated, SYNIOPS will process your order.

3. Course Access

  • After payment validation, you will receive an email with your login credentials and instructions to access the EC-Council online learning portal.

  • Delivery of login information is typically completed within 2–3 business days.

  • Please ensure that all information, including your email address, provided at checkout is accurate and accessible. SYNIOPS LTD will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or invalid details.

4. Return & Refund Policy​

  • SYNIOPS LTD does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any online self-paced courses purchased.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Course Access Issues

  • If you experience a technical issue during your first-time login to the EC-Council portal, please contact our support team immediately at "sales@syniops.com".

  • SYNIOPS LTD will liaise with EC-Council to resolve such issues promptly.

  • Technical issues occurring after a successful first login shall be addressed directly to EC-Council support.

6. Use of Services

  • Account Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities under it.

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use SYNIOPS services for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm, disrupt, or impair our operations or other users’ experiences.
